Extensive experience and constant contact with the industrial world has meant that Solgomma spa has developed a considerable range of recipes to produce rubber compounds that can satisfy the needs of users in many different fields of application. The compounds can also be delivered in small lots of around 90 kg and are packed into sheets, strips, festoons, or grains depending on the request.
THE PRODUCTION LINE
All plants are equipped with technology and instrumentation that guarantee that the compounds are produced with the utmost precision and that meet specifications and production criteria with high quality consistency and excellent standards. Deliveries are carried out weekly using our own transportation fleet.
MACHINERY AND TECHNOLOGY
Solgomma S.p.A. has a production line equipped with: a machine for weighing components (powder/liquid) with automatic dosing, a computer controlled closed mixer, an open mixer 500x1500, a grille with three cylinders, a cooler, desalter, granulator, and festooner.
MATERIALS USED
The compounds available with various rheological and physical-mechanical characteristics are made with natural, styrene, nitrile, carboxylate and hydrogenated, acrylic, ethylene-propylene, butyl, polyphrenic , polybutadiene, polybutadienic, polychloroprenic, fluorocarbon and silicon rubber. The recipes are enhanced taking into account the intended use and the production process to make the final product.
